The dough mixer is manufactured together with the stock tank. The wafer dough prepared with a special mixing system in the dough mixer is taken to the stock tank and kept ready to be sent to the wafer baking oven. It works with a turbo mixing system. In automatic lines; there is an automatic bypass system.
