It is a cooler used to cool the cream-spread wafer blocks to certain temperatures with cooling systems. It can be specially adjusted according to the line capacity. The cooling capacity varies according to the capacity starting from at least 18,000 kcal/h. The system works in stop-start mode. There is automatic discharge through sensors.
