CHOCOLATE BALL MILL

It is a machine used to thin and reach a more homogeneous structure for the chocolate mixture. The chamber is heat-walled and is continuously circulated with the help of a hot water circulation pump. The product is brought to the desired thinness with the help of steel balls in the chamber. There are strainers and magnets at the chamber exit. The product can be circulated by means of a pump. The prepared chocolate mixture can be sent to the chocolate stock tank by means of pumps.
