The cauldron where all the raw materials required for the chocolate mixture are collected. The amount of product to be taken into the cauldron is automatically adjusted with the help of load cells and electronic valves. The chamber is heat-walled and is continuously circulated with the help of a hot water circulation pump. The mixers are driven by two separate motors. The prepared chocolate mixture can be sent to the chocolate mixer via pumps.
