One-Shot Molding machine is specially designed to produce solid, filled, granulated, wafer or biscuit products continuously and automatically.
Capacity can be up to 900 KG/hour depending on the product. The line can work with 13-15 molds/minute.
Line's mold dimensions are 635x225mm.
The system is fully automatic and computerized. Thanks to PLC and Tablet Computer, the entire line can be controlled with Touch Screen. Different recipes can be recorded in PLC thanks to its special software. Product weight, line speed, heating and cooling parameters, vibration speed and all units are adjusted by PLC.
All surfaces in contact with food are completely made of AISI SS 304 stainless steel.
Product demoulding belt is Habasit Brand, final product can be transferred directly to the packaging section with this belt. There are 3 mold stripping units on the line. These units prevent chocolate residue from forming in the mold.
Our line has a modular system. When different types of chocolate such as wafer, biscuit, granule, whole hazelnut edt are desired to be produced, the relevant units can be added.
Our series is designed to facilitate switching between products. After the chocolate is removed from the mold, empty molds can be easily changed on the line and a different automatic mold product can be produced thanks to the non-fixed molds. An optional change and feeding magazine can be added. There are two hydraulic double depositors with shots on the line. 2-4 mm granules can be mixed in the depositors.
All One-Shot depositors can be upgraded to Servo Depositor or Strip Depositor.
For real chocolate, the mold heating unit can be upgraded to a vertical heating system.-
Our line has simplicity and versatility in operation. It is easier to operate the machine, so it requires very little labor.
