BISCUIT DOUGH MIXER
The shaftless arm is designed to achieve a fast and even distribution of all ingredients and a controlled dough development process;
- The elimination of the central shaft significantly improves discharge, cleaning and dough hygiene;
- Our mixing arm allows ingredients manually loaded into any part of the mixing bowl to be rapidly distributed throughout the mix;
- The product mixing bowl, made entirely of stainless steel, features a jacket throughout its entire section for temperature control;
- Bow tilting to discharge the mixed product above 135° by means of a geared motor and rack system;
- The bowl can be stopped in any position to allow manual feeding of small ingredients;
- The mixer chassis is made of thick electrically welded carbon steel sheets and profile bars for heavy duty. Removable panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel;
- Two-speed main motor with high dust resistance is placed inside the mixer;
- The bowl top is equipped with a fixed cover equipped with a dust-proof seal to prevent the materials from leaking out. It is equipped with channels according to customer requirements for automatic feeding of raw materials.
- Special attention was paid to the safety of the operators during the design. Apinox mixers are equipped with safety systems to ensure operator safety and comply
- with current regulations; The control panel can be mounted on the mixer or on the electrical panel and can be provided with buttons or with a touch screen terminal and PLC;
- A significant advantage of the Apinox mixer is its simple construction method, which allows easy access to all parts of the machine for maintenance, inspection and cleaning.
