It has the feature of cooking the croquant product with both hot steam and hot oil. Capacity can be adjusted as 200-500 kg/h upon request. There are specially designed mixer and scraper mechanisms for homogeneous mixing of the product and not burning during cooking. Sealing is done with special packings. Mixing speed, steam, hot oil, product temperatures and speed can be controlled by touch from the PLC screen.
