The products are arranged on the moving conveyor manually with the help of the operator. • The products arranged on the conveyor come to the packaging section via the conveyor. When the specified number of cycles is completed while the product is advancing, the packaging material is pulled with the help of the pliers located at the packaging mouth of the machine and the pulled packaging material is cut with the help of the paper cutter knife.
• In the same process as these processes, the product coming from the conveyor is pushed towards the packaging entrance mouth with the help of the pushing arm. While the product is being pushed, it is wrapped around the cut packaging material.
• As soon as the product passes through the packaging section entrance, the folding mouth is closed. The front side of the package is closed with the help of the prefolders connected and the preheater.
• After this section, the product movement is provided by the successive products. The product folded in the prefolders is pushed towards the formats section that performs the envelope type folding.
• The product, whose envelope type folding is provided by the formats, moves towards the side heaters with the successive product movement. The sides of the product are closed with the help of side heaters controlled by pneumatic pistons.
• The product, pushed with the same movement, is exited from the ramp in the exit section.
