It is a machine that slices the dough that has been shaped and cooled in an ideal way and spread in the form of a carpet and turns it into a wick. It allows cutting frozen nougat and caramel in the desired width. Slicing is done with specially manufactured circular blades with a diameter of 250 mm. Circular blades have scrapers and a lubrication unit. Blades and scrapers are made of stainless material. It is quite easy to turn the variety. The scraps coming out from both edges during cutting are automatically removed by the conveyor belt.
