It is a machine that cuts the length of sliced and separated hard or soft products to the desired size and separates them into lossless pieces. It cuts with a specially produced knife. There is a scraper and lubrication system on the cutting knives. In this way, the knife is cleaned and lubricated in every cut. It has a servo motor and thus cuts in ideal sizes. Input and output bands are PU suitable for food. Cutting length can be adjusted automatically from the PLC screen.
