DOUGH DEPOSITOR
It is the unit that fills the cake pans with the selected weight of dough. Weight sensitivity is controlled by 2 servo axes. Mosaic patterned cake dough can be filled by making dough chamber compartments.
- Dough is pressed with reciprocal pistons, the number of which is determined according to the cake types, and the air in the rotary and dough cutter is controlled by automation,
- The depositor dough chamber is made of three interconnectable sections and chrome material,
- The surfaces in contact with the product and the body are made of CrNi; depositor bodies are made of polyethylene material,
- The chassis parts are made of AISI304 quality chrome material.
