PAN DRAIN UNIT

It is the unit that fills the cake pans with the selected weight of dough. Weight sensitivity is controlled by 2 servo axes. Mosaic patterned cake dough can be filled by making dough chamber compartments. It is the system that discharges the baked cakes coming out of the oven from the pan. The cakes separated from the pan are transferred to the cooling conveyor. It is possible to discharge more than one pan at a time, side by side or back to back, depending on the capacity. It can be in 4 different types according to the cake types. It may vary from needle, vacuum or the type where the pan is emptied by turning it upside down according to the cake types. The system where the pan is turned upside down can also work together with the others.
